با نهایت امتنان و سپاس، مراتب تقدیر و تشکر خویش را از برادر خیراندیش و فرهنگ‌دوست محترم شعیب "خلیلی" ابراز می‌داریم که با روحیهٔ بلند انسانی و احساس مسئولیت علمی، تعداد {۲۶۰} جلد کتاب ارزشمند از رشته‌های گوناگون علمی به کتابخانه عمومی پوهنتون غور اهداء نموده‌اند.
این اقدام نیکو، جلوه‌ای از تعهد به اعتلای فرهنگ مطالعه و خدمت به جامعهٔ علمی است و بدون تردید گامی ارزنده در جهت غنامندی منابع علمی و تقویت فضای تحقیق و پژوهش در این نهاد علمی به‌شمار می‌رود.
پوهنتون غور این عمل ارزشمند و خیرخواهانه را گرامی داشته، دوام توفیقات، برکات و حسنات بی‌پایان الهی را برای ایشان مسئلت می‌نماید.
