Scientific seminar entitled Anxiety Causes and Treatment: --‑------------------------------------

Today, Wednesday, 21 Dhu al-Hijjah 1446 AH, corresponding to 28 June 1404 AH, a scientific seminar entitled (Anxiety, its causes and treatment) was held to create high self-confidence, motivation and encouragement of students during the exam. Student Affairs, Professor Qasem "Farhang" Professor of Psychology Department, Mr. Zial Haq "Nabil" Director General of Student Cohesion and Services and a large number of students were present in the conference hall of Ghor Institute of Higher Education. At the beginning of the meeting, the meeting began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by one of the students, and then Professor Abdul Rauf "Fayyaz" Deputy Minister of Student Affairs, while welcoming the participants, gave valuable speeches during his introductory speech regarding the factors of anxiety and stress in the exam. Then, this scientific seminar was presented in detail by Professor Ghayas-ud-Din "Esmatiar" Head of the Department of Psychology.
