صبح امروز شیخ عبدالعلی لبیب رئیس موسسه تحصیلات عالی غور، در حالیکه معاونین علمی، اداری و محصلان و تعداد از روسای پوهنځی ها و کارمندان اداری ایشان را همرایی مینمود، پروسه تحویل گیری آن را انجام دادند.
