Scientific and educational seminar entitled "Identification of authoritative Hanafi jurisprudence books and fatwa terms" at Ghor University
Today, Monday, 29 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH, equal to 25 June 1405 AH, a scientific and educational seminar entitled "Recognition of authoritative Hanafi jurisprudence books and fatwa terms" was held by the research delegation of the Faculty of Sharia for the professors of this faculty and all members of the faculty. The Faculty of Sharia was held.
The program began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran. Then, Mufti Shafiq Ahmad "Teymouri", Head of the Faculty of Sharia Law, in his opening speech, spoke about the value and importance of research, study and its role in improving the scientific level of professors.
Subsequently, Mufti Enaitullah "Ahmadi", Professor of Jurisprudence and Law of the Faculty of Sharia, as the presenter of the seminar, on the importance of knowing the authoritative sources of Hanafi jurisprudence, its position in inferring Shari'ah rules and the application of jurisprudence terms in the field of fatwa, presented valuable scientific information and points. Participants shared.
Also, Mufti Abdul Ahmad "Adel Yar", Professor of Islamic Education, Faculty of Sharia, provided comprehensive information on the identification of invalid books in Hanafi jurisprudence and related terms and explained the various dimensions of this issue.
During the seminar, emphasis was placed on the use of authoritative jurisprudence sources, care in the use of jurisprudence terms in fatwas and reference to the trusted works of Hanafi scholars.
At the end, the participants, while welcoming the contents presented, expressed their views, suggestions and questions and exchanged views on the issues raised.
