صبح امروز شیخ عبدالعلی لبیب رئیس موسسه تحصیلات عالی غور، در حالیکه معاونین علمی، اداری و محصلان و تعداد از روسای پوهنځی ها و کارمندان اداری ایشان را همرایی مینمود، پروسه تحویل گیری آن را انجام دادند.
رئیس مؤسسه از توجه و همکاری رهبری وزارت تحصیلات عالی کشور، اظهار قدر دانی نموده و از اکمال این پروژه ابراز خورسندی کردند.
