Sand seedling campaign ceremony held at Ghor University

Today, Sunday, 19 Ramadan 1447 AH, equal to 17 March 1404 AH, the national seedling campaign ceremony under the slogan "Reviving the Earth, the Tradition of the Prophet of Islam" was held by the Environmental Protection Department, in cooperation with the Ghor University Department, the Department of Agriculture and Water Management and the University's campus. Ghor was held.
The program was attended by Alhaj Maulvi Mahbub Ullah "Hamid" Deputy Governor of Ghor Province, a number of heads of emirate departments, members of the leadership board of Ghor University, professors, administrative staff and media persons.
The ceremony began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran by Professor Qari Mohammad Tayeb "Pouya" Director of Research and Scientific Journal of the University. Then, Alhaj Maulvi Mohammad Fada "Ammar" Head of Environmental Protection, while welcoming the participants, spoke about the efforts and programs of this department in the direction of greenery, protection and beautification of the environment.
Then, Maulvi Mahbub Ullah "Hamid" Deputy Governor of Ghor Province expressed his satisfaction with the holding of such programs and emphasized that planting seedlings in the holy religion of Islam has a special and valuable place. He also urged citizens to fulfill their responsibility for the prosperity and greenery of the country by planting seedlings and protecting the environment.
Then, Alhaj Maulvi Aminullah Sharifi, Mayor of Firuzkuh city, considered the seedling campaign as an important step in protecting the environment, reducing air pollution and expanding green space and emphasized on the joint cooperation and coordination of departments and citizens in the field of maintenance of the planted seedlings.
Then, Mr. Qari Abdul Nasir "Munib" Director of Natural Resources Regulation of the Department of Agriculture also spoke about the importance of sand seedlings and its role in improving the environmental situation.
Also, Maulvi Mujibullah Moghari, President of Ghor University, while appreciating the partner departments in holding this ceremony, spoke about the importance of environmental protection and the role of planting trees in the greenery and prosperity of society.

At the end, the program ended with a good prayer by Alhaj Maulvi Hafizullah "Mahfuz" Head of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation.
Subsequently, the deputy governor of Ghor province, officials of the emirate departments and officials of Ghor University started planting seedlings by planting several ornamental seedlings on the university campus.
