Five-day training workshop on "Explaining Quality Assurance and Accreditation Standards" by Ghor University Quality Improvement Directorate
Today, Saturday, 13 Rabi-ul-Thani 1448 AH, equal to 4 May 1405 AH, a five-day training workshop on “Explaining Quality Assurance and Accreditation Standards” was held by the Quality Improvement Directorate of Ghor University, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Directorate. The accreditation ceremony of the Ministry of Higher Education for the university leadership, professors and a number of managers of this academic institution was held in the conference hall of Ghor University.
The workshop will be presented by two experienced professors and master trainers of quality improvement and accreditation programs: Professor Dr. Dolat Shah "Poish", Professor of Bamyan University, and Mr. Mohammad Rashid "Raskh", expert in accreditation programs of Emirate higher education institutions.
The program began with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran. Then, Maulvi Mujibullah "Moghari", President of Ghor University, while welcoming the guests and participants, in his introductory speech emphasized the importance of holding such scientific and professional programs and its role in institutionalizing the culture of quality and raising the scientific and educational level of the valuable higher education institution.
Then, Mr. Mufti Abdul Khaleq "Zahid", Vice Chancellor of Ghor University, spoke about the importance of quality assurance and accreditation and its role in improving and promoting scientific and educational activities of higher education institutions and shared important and valuable points with the participants.
Subsequently, Professor Dr. Dolat Shah "Poish", Master Trainer of the program, officially started the educational part of the workshop and explained the basic concepts and issues of quality assurance and accreditation in Afghanistan, the objectives of the Ministry of Higher Education in this field and the criteria related to quality improvement to the participants. did.
The workshop will last for five days and will discuss issues related to quality assurance and accreditation standards in a scientific and professional manner.
