Today, Wednesday, 1404/4/18 ه ش, in accordance with 13 Muharram 1447 ه ق, a program aimed at identifying educational needs and capacity building of civil service employees, by a delegation of the General Directorate of Affairs, in cooperation and coordination with the Directorate of Civil Reforms, Administrative Services, Provincial Services Directorate It was held in the conference hall of the provincial capital.

Today's program was for the third to sixth rank employees of the emirate departments of this province, which was held with the widespread and active participation of employees from different departments. The content of the program was designed around the assessment of competencies, managerial abilities, and professional skills levels of civil service employees.

It is worth mentioning that yesterday, a similar program was held for the heads and independent departments of the province, which led to the identification of managerial and strategic needs of that level of employees.
